Flow & Grow Semester Program
The Flow & Grow Semester Program is a structured 12-week Gap Year program that immerses students in Spain’s language and culture while providing them with the necessary tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Our Gap Year Program includes Spanish lessons, skill development classes, outdoor activities and weekend excursions around Spain.
Spanish Lessons
Attend Spanish language classes according to your Spanish level with qualified native teachers in an accredited and multiple times awarded Spanish School.
Personal Excellence & Self-Leadership Workshops
Receive fun and memorable training in life skills (in English) that will help you succeed in your personal life and your professional career.
Outdoor activities
Immerse yourself in the city of Valencia and its culture, visiting its most iconic places, participating in cultural arts and events, enjoying traditional foods, and spending time and building friendships with locals.
Weekend excursions
Discover amazing places and landscapes every weekend during the program. This includes our 3-day trip to Madrid in the Fall and our 7-day Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route in Spring.
Coaching & Mentoring
Be matched with a Life-Path coach to work on better understanding your authentic interests, values, and talents. They will help you make the most of them in your future career.
Accommodation & Meals
Live in shared apartments with your fellow students with your own private room. Housekeeping service and utilities included. Lunch in a Mediterranean restaurant included during week-days.
Admission requirements
While we take an inclusive approach to admissions, it is vital that students be open-minded and fully committed to the process of learning, self-development, and collaboration. We embrace diversity in all its forms and seek to recruit participants of varied ages, perspectives, backgrounds and nationalities.
With that said, the basic criteria for admission are:
- Candidates must be 18 or over
- Must be fluent in English or be able to read, write and have a conversation in English
- Have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- We offer a personalized experience and want our students to feel seen, heard and special. That is why our program is limited to 16 students.

Program fees: € 14000. Our program fees can be customized according to the needs of our students (e.g. if Spanish lessons the price will be lower). There are also scholarship opportunities based on financial resources.
Tuition includes:
