Why should you choose a Business Foundation Program?
During this program, the aim is for you to achieve a level of proficiency in English and mathematics that will meet our bachelor admission regulations. Simultaneously, the course will boost your confidence through a carefully designed introduction to key topics that develop throughout our bachelor program, such as business administration, geography, and economics.

English Proficiency
Please send us the result of your English proficiency test. We accept these test scores:
- IELTS band score 5.5 (no sub-score below 5.0)
- TOEFL Internet Based Test: 65 points
- Duolingo online exam: 85 points

Program Organization
Courses will be conducted on the Kahlenberg campus in Vienna and online. You can choose to attend all courses online in Central European Time (CET) if you can not make it to Vienna. Sessions are organized from Monday to Friday following the academic year.
Educational Methods and Approach
During your semester at Modul University Vienna, you will be able to experience an Austrian campus and learn from international teaching staff. By attending classes you will listen to lectures, participate in seminars, and work on presentations with classmates. You will be taught how to write and speak English in a professional environment. In order to achieve your certificate at the end of the semester, you are expected to pass quizzes and submit short papers in time.

Continuing studies
What to do after our Business Foundation Program?
If you master the Foundation Program Business and receive the final certificate you are enabled to start the BSc program in International Management or both BBA programs at Modul University Vienna without going through the full admissions process. Students that want to study at a different school or university may benefit from the knowledge gained at MU, Austria's leading international private university.
